When placing an order, we request the details essential for delivery: name, shipping address, email address, contact phone number, and details of the purchased products. We do not store payment method records on this server. While you browse, we record technical data (IP address, browser, and sections visited) using the cookies explained below.

Vigorlab does not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties for profit, complying with the principles of purpose and legality set forth in Colombia's data protection regime. CCPA regulations do not apply, as the business is located outside the United States.

Vigorlab does not collect, process, or store bank card details. Transactions are completed solely via cash on delivery to the courier with no extra charge, or by direct bank transfer with receipts verified externally.
