Sale of dietary supplements, nutrient blends, and non-medicinal topical formulas designed to complement athletic nutrition and provide physical comfort following regular muscular activity. The product page for each supplement indicates composition, dosage per serving, net weight, and format. Photos show the product for reference only; the outer design of the container may show minor variations.

The purchase is requested once the payment step is completed. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email; the sales contract is finalized the moment we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline orders due to lack of inventory or data inconsistencies, immediately refunding any amounts paid.

We display rates in COP, with corresponding taxes included. The shipping cost is detailed accurately at checkout before completing payment. Authorized payment methods: Bank transfer. We reserve the right to correct obvious price errors before shipping, giving you the choice to confirm the correct amount or cancel the order.

We photograph the actual containers from our batches. Color variations caused by monitors or ambient lighting do not constitute a manufacturing defect or justify free claims or refunds. Each product page accurately describes the ingredients, formats, and serving sizes.

We are responsible for the package during transit until physical delivery at the agreed destination. From that point on, any damage or loss is your responsibility. If you notice visible outer damage upon delivery, report it immediately to the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

You have 14 days from delivery to request returns according to our Returns policy, provided the container is sealed and unused. In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 of Colombia, products carry a statutory warranty for suitability, quality, and safety until the expiration date indicated on the container, provided they are stored in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.

• Custom-made products or food blends formulated to the buyer's exclusive specifications.
• Perishable items with reduced shelf life once the secondary packaging is opened.
• Dietary supplements, powders, or gels whose hygienic security seal or airtight seal has been broken after delivery.
• Goods that, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
• Downloadable informational material or digital content provided via direct links upon confirmation.

The maximum liability of Vigorlab Nutricion S.A.S. will be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order or up to a maximum of $ 400.000 COP for proven direct claims. Nothing in this agreement restricts statutory obligations that applicable law considers mandatory.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases in this store. Take supplements according to the label directions; they do not replace clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Terms governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, with the parties submitting to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts and tribunals of the city of Bogota D.C. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the courts corresponding to the company's registered address will handle it, subject to any procedural protections guaranteed to the buyer by local law.
