Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from physical receipt of the order to process the return of any supplement purchased from Vigorlab. This section details the requirements, process management, shipping cost allocation, and refund timelines.
Conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, Vigorlab supplements must remain unopened, in their original packaging with heat-shrink seals and tamper-evident bands intact, accompanied by the sales invoice.
Return process
- Authorization request: communicate your withdrawal decision within 14 days by sending your order number to [email protected].
- Return label issuance: receive packaging instructions and the address of our collection center in Bogota by email.
- Product shipment: pack sealed bottles or containers in their original protective box to prevent transit damage.
- Verification and refund: once the seal is inspected and confirmed intact, funds are transferred to your bank account within 3 to 10 business days.
Who pays return shipping
In cases of breakage, factory defects, or incorrect shipments, we cover all return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label or arranging a package collection. If you decide to return the product at your own discretion, you will cover the return shipping costs, with no additional deductions from the value of the item.
Refund timing and method
We issue the refund within 3 business days following the inspection of the returned item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to the account number you provide; orders paid by bank transfer return to the issuing account. Standard bank processing times range between 1 and 5 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a size, flavor, or product, submit a return for the current item and place a new order; we will issue a refund for the original product once received. If the replacement is due to an error on our part, the replacement shipment will carry no extra charge.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as the package has not left the warehouse. Send us a message at [email protected] with your order reference. Once dispatched, you must follow the standard return process.
